Terms of use

1.) Payment is done via paypal only! Please only use the “Family and friends” option so I don’t need to pay additional fee!2.) Changes can only be made during sketching phase! I will always send a sketch to the commissioner so I can still make changes before starting the lineart and colour.
Any changes after completion is +3€ / +5$2.2) If the character is heavily detailed, I’ll charge 10$ / 8€ - 20$ / 18€ extra depending on its complexity.
E.g: Armor, very detailed clothing, very detailed accessories, etc.3.) Payment is due after sketch is approved by the commissioner.
I won’t start colouring until I receive the money!4.) I have the right to deny any request if I feel like I can’t draw it or feel uncomfortable with it.5.) I may use the artwork for promotion on my own accounts
(unless the commissioner states they don’t want that).
I will always credit the owner of the character.6.) Commissioners may post their commission anywhere they like as long as credit to me is given!7.) I will always inform commissioners in case I cannot start/continue their commission for some reason(e.g due to sickness, etc).
I will start/continue on the artwork asap!8.) Refunds can only be permitted if you are within the EU and only until lineart is done! After completion of the lineart, the commissioner is no longer eligible for a refund.
The reason I cannot refund people outside of the EU is that PayPal converts currencies different for each country(or so it seems). So if you’re outside of the EU, please only buy my art if you’re sure you don’t want a refund.9.) I usually don’t show WIPs, but if the commissioner wants an update, I’m willing to show the progress.10.) I usually don’t take longer than 2 months. If the artwork isn’t done within 8 weeks(without reason), you may ask me for an update and receive a free flat coloured headshot as an apology for waiting so long.11.) Do not edit my artwork!12.) Do not resell my artwork without my permission!
